What to do with the 11th overall pick in fantasy baseball

[MUSIC PLAYING] ANDY BEHRENS: The 11th pick. Let me tell you, in a Yahoo league, this is the Cubs fans’ absolute favorite spot. In a typical Yahoo league, if it goes according to script, you end up with Kris Bryant here. And in a 12-team league, you end up with Anthony Rizzo in round two. Maybe you’re not fully on board with taking corner infielders at the top of the draft, but let me tell you, the scarcest thing in baseball these days are the elite power bats. And you have a chance to grab two of them. So if it’s not Bryant and Rizzo, then make sure it’s Arenado, it’s Jose Abreu, it’s someone who can deliver 100 RBIs and 30-plus homers, because you will not find those guys late in the draft. So again, power bats at the top. Then maybe an ace. Wait on pitching until the later rounds, because pitching stats always come into your league.
