  1. Here in Louisville Kentucky, basketball reigns supreme. You have the Louisville Cardinals and the Kentucky Wildcats, so you always hear the sentence "Cards vs Cats" a lot around here. Especially during NBA season. The Sweet Sixteen and the Final Four play on just about every channel during March Madness. Even our public schools have the children dress in either college colors during the games. (red and black vs blue and white) It is a major rivalry here in the city and state. ๐Ÿ˜‚

  2. I can't remember. Was this the list of questions you did when we met up? I seem to remember something similar on director sans note pad. Going from your hat and outfit I think it could be that day๐Ÿ˜Š

  3. On my trip to Japan. Maybe even a stay. I might want to see if I can find a basketball place there. It would be fun to go out and play again. Maybe even find a group. ๐Ÿค”

  4. I watched an anime about American Football called Eyeshield 21. One of your Japanese clients said it was not possible for a Japanese person to play football, it made me think on that anime. It might be possible. If the person is a running back…a person who runs fast with the ball. You don't need to be super large then. But you have to have speed. So maybe one day a Japanese person could play American Football.

  5. Now I know for sure๐Ÿ˜Š The girls at 10.03 were the ones that I sat nearby and watched you interview๐Ÿ˜Š

  6. Looks like the guys know more about sports than the girls. Guys like basketball. And the Tokyo Olympics is next year. Many of them will see their favorite NBA players with the NBA's best from Team USA. Like K.D, Lebron, Steph Curry, James Harden, Russell Westbrook, etc.

  7. I watch the NFL myself, but as a fan of the Cincinnati Bengals my life is constant misery. I'm not that surprised though when Japanese folks don't know about it, the NFL hasn't made many attempts to appeal to people outside the US except to play some games in the UK and Mexico. I know there's such a thing as NFL Japan, but it seems like they don't do very much at all.

  8. The term "soccer" is a British English word used for the sport of the same name, and it was commonly used in Britain no more than 50 years ago.

The one girl who said the B in NBA stands for baka is not that far off. ๐Ÿ˜

  9. Surprised the people didn't know MLB. Many Japanese play. Ichiro Suzuki, Hideki Matsui, Shohei Otani, Kenta Maeda, Yu Darvish etc…

  10. I know you guys mostly do man-on-the-street interviews, but maybe you could branch out to students, office workers, athletes, etc. Following on the sports theme, it might be fun to interview student-athletes from various sports clubs/teams (like the 'rare' American football clubs, for example).

  11. Very honest of you that you did not edit the part of the video where you looked director with surprise about the NFL. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜‚

  12. Judging by the lack of views on this… so far.. question could of been "Does ANYBODY know what its all about?? 1 month until I head to Tokyo, i want to see CathyCat!!!!!!!!! with my luck she'll be on vacation. ugh!

  13. The NFL should do some games in Japan. It's by far the most popular in the U.S. I disagree with the guy who says Japanese don't have the size for football. Wide receiver, corner, QB is a few positions they could play. With Japanese dedication and being the perfectionist I envision them to be I wouldn't be surprised to see a great QB from Japan one day if it gets popular there.

  14. Well i am American so i know all of them lol but like them idk what hte japanese abbreviates would be but i could guess for there basketball and baseball and obviously they probably dont do american football unless you count that anime eyeshield21 lol

  15. NBL stands for The Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory. I used to live right next to it in Texas! It's where astronauts train to simulate microgravity in one of the largest pools in the world. From Wikipedia: The diving tank is 202 feet (62 m) in length, 102 feet (31 m) wide, and 40 feet 6 inches (12.34 m) deep, and contains 6.2 million gallons (23.5 million litres) of water.

  16. If the guys who think Japanese people couldn't get in the NFL read this, or you guys can pass along the message, they should think about sumo wrestlers. I think they could do decently in the NFL. Then there are the positions that don't require high body mass. That guy on the right would probably enjoy the movie "The Replacements," too. There's a Japanese player in that movie (idk how Japanese the actor portraying him is, though.).

  17. New Bigger America. Now that was ultimate team work ๐Ÿ˜‚ and why tf are they clapping at 2:22?
