Major League Baseball Betting Quick Picks and Odds | August 21 2018

Welcome to MLB Quick Picks for August 21. I’ve gone 10-5 over my last five videos
so it’s time to get some more profit before we head into football season. If you’re ready, then let’s get to it! My first pick is the Red Sox moneyline over
the Indians. Nathan Eovaldi gets the call for Boston and
since joining the Red Sox staff, he’s been lights out at Fenway Park winning both of
his starts and allowing no runs and only seven hits in 15 innings. Boston has the best home record in MLB and
leads the league in OPS vs right-handed pitching so the thought of Indians’ pitcher Shane
“Don’t call me Justin” Bieber shouldn’t have us bettors worried about the Tribe in
this one. My next pick is the Padres +1.5 runline vs
the Rockies. I’m not going to make a huge case about
why the Padres are the better team but merely just point out some stats about Colorado pitcher
Tyler Anderson. FIVE: That’s how many games the Rockies
have lost in a row with Anderson starting. 3-9: That’s the Rockies’ record when Anderson
starts at home in 2018. TWENTY: that’s the amount of earned runs
Anderson has allowed over his last four starts. Am I trying to say that Anderson has been
awful in 2018? Uhh Yeah, and that’s why I’m on the San
Diego runline. My last pick is the OVER between the Yankees
and Marlins. We all know the Yanks are a decent offensive
team and since the beginning of August, they’re averaging just over 6 runs per game. And when you then dive into the pitcher stats,
the OVER starts to look much more appealing as Masahiro Tanaka has a 5.17 ERA in three
starts this month while Marlins starter Pablo Lopez owns a 5.16 ERA over his last seven
starts. In the two games these teams faced each other
in 2018, the average combined score was 11.5 and one of those games, Tanaka was the starter. For more MLB and sports betting coverage,
