Major League Baseball Betting Quick Picks and Odds | April 6, 2018

Welcome to MLB Quick Picks for April 6th. I’ve got three picks for you tonight, so
let’s get right into the action starting with the Rockies over the Braves in Colorado. Brandon McCarthy gets the start for Atlanta
and he was knocked around pretty good in two appearances vs the Rockies last season. He gave up nine hits and eight runs against
them and he has a 7.94 career ERA at Coors Field. Speaking of Coors Field this is the Rockies
home opener and let’s not forget they were 2017’s best home offense. MY favorite totals pick of the day is OVER
nine runs for Yanks vs Orioles. The Yankees smashed O’s starter Kevin Gausman
last season scoring 24 runs against him in 22.1 innings pitched. Baltimore was also able to get to Yankees
starter CC Sabathia pretty good last season, so don’t be surprised to see this one reach
double-digits. Let’s wrap things up with my favorite underdog
pick of the night, the Reds over the Pirates in Pittsburgh. Luis Castillo will look to pick up where he
left off vs the Pirates last season. In 11 innings against them he struck out 14
batters allowing them to hit just .162. Reds hitters have a career .358 batting average
vs Pirates starter Trevor Williams, so this one’s shaping up to be a nice plus-money
pick! That’s it for this edition of MLB Quick
Picks, but for more MLB betting info, head on over the MLB section at OddsShark.com,
and as always, keep chasing that paper!
