(Table tennis receiving method and principle of rotation of the ball)

The leg goes to hit the ball in a certain mechanism.
I’m supposed to be the one holding it. When you’re far away, you move your legs, you pull them together, and you pull them together with this force, of course, with this force.
You can drive in, or you can collect it like you’re shooting at an energy wave, and then you can collect it. Yeah, I’m going there, too. Five. Yes, hello. It’s not a win TV castle. I’m going to play honey today
You’ve heard the most. You’ve probably heard a lot. You don’t know table tennis.
Yeah, I’ve heard a lot about hitting you right away. So today, I’m starting to feel this way. They say you’re going to kick ping-pong, but there’s two perspectives on what it means to hit with your foot.
I’ll explain it to you. Some of you, you’re not going to do this is? Of course, there’s a lot of good silver. So I’m going to
I think you need to be fast, and you need to be quick. You know, I could think, but what I was thinking was, you know, a little bit more
It’s different. The first thing I’m going to do is make this swing that I’ve learned, and now I’m going to make my legs work.
It’s moving. For example, let’s say we’re learning the point.
You learn the point at first, and now you can see the flower’s. It’s a robot. It’s going to keep doing that at the point.
so Ah. A month passed, two months passed, a new year passed, and now some five.
The point is about to be perfecting. And also backhand and my cut.
I’m doing a drive, but it’s kind of hard to play ping-pong because it’s a lot of delicious people Well, that’s good when you’re taking lessons, but now you’re playing real games.
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. I don’t think my speed is right with me. They say this a lot.
The reason why I thought is that when I play a game, it is easy for me to play 02 Because they don’t come and they don’t come at the same speed, it’s what I learned.
I want you to take this thing from my leg so I can hit the ball in the thick mechanism in chapter 1. I think it’s not enough. the reason is
As you showed me, when I play the forehand, my is popular inside. a word for it
I know. I know. I’m playing like this, but I’m not even in the middle of the game. Then, when you come here 02, like this.
If you open 02, your legs won’t go like this. Sometimes you go to Paris. And vice versa. After I’ve been there, I’ve been like this.
There are times like this. Why not? Of course I’m the one who I am. I’ve been practicing for two months.
To my right, for example, I’m gonna keep digging for the ball at this time I practiced.
In real life, it’s not this street, so it’s not gonna be a one-run shot. So, if it’s a little farther away or closer to the left, it’s a little more seed.
to come out of or out of the way. In this case, it’s not the thick mechanism that I practiced, so I’ll hit the ball right.
I don’t think it’s possible. So if we hit it with the first foot, it’s going to be different and we’re going to see where it’s coming from.
I don’t know. I want the ball to go directly to my leg. As I’ve learned, making a ball is the part of this bridge.
I’m going to buy it, so what if… If you fall slightly from the 02 practice that you were initially learning,
It’s not that I didn’t turn around in Paris, it’s more of a lyric. If I go in there and put it in, my legs will move, so I’ll come back.
at the end of one’s rope Even though it’s not constant at 4 02, it’s still Ness. College. It’s twice as good.
You can think of it as a bridge knife. And the role of the second month is this central shift.
What you say most when you play table tennis again. No, you don’t do it the most, but you stick it the most at the ascending bar.
A lot of people talk about central movement with their left foot. It’s easy to think about that. When we hit the blank hard, we didn’t just color it here.
If you use this leg and your body to slap it, if you’re going to climb it up, it’s going to swell up. 5 This is how we’re going to load the four centers and send them to the front.
With this power, we can transfer power to this ball. To do that, this month’s role is very important.
If you don’t have the center of gravity on this leg of your brain, and you’re resting on it, it’s going to be the center of your brain. They say it’s dispersed.
It’s kind of floating. So the importance of this bridge is 02 All. I’ll give you a chance
I took a picture of it. I think this is how you play it. To do that, I’m going to give you a little bit of a bit
So I’m going to do this, and I’m going to play every ball, and I’m going to exaggerate this right leg, and I’m going to do this. Let’s take a picture.
It’s because in our lifetime, if we lose this, it’s called reaction, and I’m going to take this land. Push it like a spring to get up.
You can’t move to a bridge without pressing your right leg. Then, when I do this, I press my leg and my left leg.
Press your right leg straight ahead and press it down like this. So when I came to 02, I pressed the massage button, and then I pressed it.
NIELD, press NIELD. PLEASE. I was surprised to hear it.
I’ve borrowed it from a dealer to press it and deliver it when I hit a normal ball. It’s important that you press it.
And secondly, when I hit my mom with a masterpiece, if I hit this ball, It’s often the best thing to do when you’re at it.
Even then, if I were to hit the ball here, We’re on the move, and here we are.
Can’t you transfer the purchasing power if it’s deep or if it’s like this? Why don’t you put it on your right foot, and with this power, of course, you go in there looking for it.
Or Right foot, right foot, black swivel.
You hit this one, and it bounces like a spring, like the author said. I’ve got the power to get out of here, so when you’re chasing my first ball,
Like this, right foot, right foot, right foot, left foot, right foot. To see
To go after my purchase like this. It’s this power to take off, and then it’s this power that’s gone up.
It’s a spring principle. So today, I’m going to show you the importance of this bridge.
Well, I’ve got a lot of legs.
